Step1: Select the PDF file that you want to index

Specify the range of pages that you want to index

Define the real page numbers of the book

Step2: Choose whether to index all book words, or force index specific words/phrases

Specify the categories of words to force exclude them from the index

Click on 'Generate Index' to start Parsing the PDF file to generate the Index

Step3: Many options available to modify the generated book index

Modify an index term

A popup menu to easily modify an index term, and define header & sub-header entries

Step4: Write the final index to a book

Program settings: General settings

Program settings: Options of the terms to include/exclude from the index

Program settings: Define words categories to force exclude from the index

Program settings: Add a new list of index terms, with header/sub-header relations

Program settings: Add a new regular expression to include/exclude its corresponding terms

Program settings: Index terms in the book that have specific font format

Program settings: Options for generating the index

Program settings: Handling footnotes

Program settings: Options for modifying the index

Program settings: Define word labels to categorize indexed terms into groups

Program settings: Options of writing the index to the book

Program settings: Specify the dimensions of the index pages

Program settings: Defining the index fonts, styling and colors
